FABRICATION FACILITIES

We at Automech have a full fledged design facility where we can design robust structures and can make basic and detailed shop manufacturing drawings on CAD. We have three dedicated bays isolated for fabrication of Crane Structures and assembly. Each bay comprises of totally covered sheds with ample material handling capacity for efficient and speedy movement of under fabrication crane structures.

A Well stocked Yard of SAIL is situated in the vicinity of our manufacturing unit. Being nearer to such a stockyard and with an annual agreement of 500 Tons puts us in a position to procure steel directly from the plant and fulfill or requirement of all kinds of genuine steel plates and structures.

All our fabrication shops are well equipped with good quality welding machines and welding rectifiers along with fabrications tools such as Grinders, Sanders etc. Quantity wise our fabrications Capacity is 900 Tons approx.
